We invite proposals for the following types of contributions:
- Individual papers (20-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A)
- Posters
- Doctoral Workshop papers (15-minute presentation + 10-minute discussion)
Submissions are welcome in all areas of second, foreign, or additional language acquisition, as well as bilingualism and multilingualism. We encourage proposals that advance theoretical, empirical, methodological, or applied perspectives.
Language policy | The working language of the conference is English. Presentations in other European languages are also welcome.
Presenter policy | Each participant may appear as the first author and presenter of only one presentation, whether in the main conference or the doctoral workshop.
How to submit your abstract:
- Submission portal opens: September 26, 2025
- Submission platform: SoftConf (account creation required)
- Abstract length: Maximum 500 words (excluding references)
- Submission deadline: December 5, 2025
- All submissions will undergo anonymous peer review by at least two members of the Scientific Committee.
How your abstract will be evaluated:
- Research design quality
- Clarity and organization of the abstract
- Originality and potential contribution to the field
- Evidence of good scientific practice (e.g., data sharing, preregistration)
Doctoral students can apply for stipends (deadline: December 5, 2025).
